At 36 weeks it looks as though my pregnancy is going to end with an early induction next week if not the week after. Because of this I am going to be away from the internet and all of it's workings for a bit. I am not the kind of mom who twitters during delivery or facebooks over breastfeeding but have no fear, I will be back in approximately 6-8 weeks time ready to jump back into things. Until then, I wish you all a happy Summer Solstice and a great Fourth of July! See you in August.

Two days after my last journal entry I gave birth via an emergency induction. This caused an increase in recovery time for both the baby and myself. Plus as things turn out I may have to move again at the end of the year so needless to say I've been busy. I am finally getting back into the swing of things though. Since I do not have much time to myself yet I have started helping my eldest son Seidon update his portfolio. Neither of us had realized that his images were so old that he still looked like he was in middle school. The image Untitled is the first in several images that we will be collaborating on. So recently I saw this post on Facebook group I am apart of:
So yeah most of you know I am working with this publication and I wasnt saying much about it because that just isnt my style. But after speaking with another friend of mine about if I should push it on my end I decided that I believe in the mission and I will push it some myself as well:)

Streamlining and Restructuring
The other day I was helping my friend find a new home for his web presence. I gave him all the info that I had but none of it seemed to fit just right. Then he mentioned to me a site that I hadn't looked at for some time. Turns out that the site had made so many improvements since I had last looked at it that I decided to switch my own web presence over. The reason this move is so necessary is because it gives me the one thing I've been looking to do for a long time, workflow streamlining. No longer will I have to host my prints on one site and my blog on another. Now not only will everything appear to be on the same site, it will be on the s

Recently, when I've logged into my account I've been sad. I see my avatar and shake my head wondering why I ever thought it looked good. However a recent foot surgery and required bed rest have drained me so much that I have been unable to think of an idea for a new one. Since I model, I try to keep my avatars restricted to framing my face, going no lower than my shoulders. However with all the cool portrait ideas I come up with for other people, I look at myself and come up blank. It's honestly frustrating. You guys have any ideas?
